Baby Shower Mathías (Español e Inglés)

Todo comenzó con una hermosa oración a cargo de la abuelita de Mathías, la "niña Albita" que se lució con sus palabras al Señor.
Everything started with a beautiful prayer said by Mathías grandma. What great and beautiful words she said to the Lord.

Estos son algunos de nuestros queridos amigos del Coro. Fanny, Maureen, Gaby y Cindy... después llegaron Jackie, doña Marlene y Pablo.

These are some of our firends from the choir. Fanny, Maureen, Gaby and Cindy... some minutes later also arrived Jackie, mrs. Marlene and Pablo.



En la mesa principal tenemos a Angie, las dos abuelitas de Mathías, doña Flor y doña Alba y por ahí andaba la tía de Mathías Damaris.

In the main table we have Mathías uncle Angie, both Mathías' grandmas: Flor and Alba, and somewhere should be Mathías' uncle Damaris but she is not in the picture...



Aqui tenemos la mesa de algunos Núñez... estan Maribel y Aby, Hannia e Isaac, doña Ilma, Rosi, también estan Tía Virgi y Tía Ligia pero no se ven, y de espaldas tenemos a Jessica. En el cochecito tenemos al pequeño Jorge Isaac.

Here we have some people from the Núñez side of the family... we have Maribel & Aby, Hannia and Isaac, then Mrs Ilma and Rosi ... we also have Uncle Virgi and Uncle Ligia, but they are hidden behind Jessica... In the stroller we have the little Jorge Isaac.


Esta es la mesa de la gente de Hatillo... Tenemos a doña Prax, Kay, Anita María, Marcela, doña Grace, Anita "Galy" :-) y Josué. Esta mesa fue conocida como el "IQ Team" :-0

This is the table of people from Hatillo, the town where I was grown up... we have Mrs. Prax, Kay, Anita María, Marcela, Mrs. Grace, Anita "Galy" :-) y Josué.

Están Auxi, la mamá de Auxi, Andrea, Maritza y Marta Marta...

This is the table of people from Capris (and former workers of Capris)... we have Auxi and her mother, Andrea, Maritza and Martha Martha...





Al fin encontramos a la tía Damaris (izq)... andaba en la mesa de Sandra, José Manuel, Sandra Chaves y Ana

We finally found uncle Damaris (left)... she was at the table with Sandra, José Manuel, Sandra Chaves and Ana.




Bueno, Alba y yo dis-que cantando... le escribimos un par de canciones a Mathías. Fue un momento muy emotivo para nosotros :-)

Well, Alba and me... let's say... singing. We wrote a couple of songs to our little Mathías. It was a very sentimental moment for us :-)



La apertura de los regalos fue grandiosa... toda clase de cosas bonitas para Mathías, incluyendo una fabulosa hamaca de El Salvador :-) :-) Por supuesto, el papá le va a enseñar a Mathías como usarla...

Gift's openning was just great... there were all kinds of cute gifts for Mathías, including a super hammac from El Salvador :D :D ... Of course, daddy has to teach Mathías how to use it ...

Alba and I enjoying a beautiful evening at the end of the baby shower.





Este es uno de los recuerdos que Alba y yo hicimos para el té. Es un pequeño portaretratos con el nombre y la fecha del evento inscritos atrás.

This is an small memory Alba and I crafted for our relatives and friends comming to the event. It is an small photo frame with Mathías name and the date of the event in the back.



Estos son los adornos que hicimos para los centros de mesa. Eran unos trencitos de madera. Nos tomó cerca de 2 meses hacer 11 trencitos!!! Es mas facil desarrollar software que hacer trenes! Se los garantizo!!!

This is one of the decoration we made for the center of the tables. Those are small wood toy trains. It took us more than 2 months to make 11 trains!!! It is easier to do Software Engineering than crafting toy wood trains!!!

Bueno, luego subo mas fotos por que ya tengo que volver al trabajo. Gracias por sacar un instante para compartir estas cosas con nosotros.

Well, time has gone and I got to go back to work. I will upload more pictures later. Thanks a lot for taking this moment and share this things with us.
